For Frictional Games’ Sci-Fi Horror game SOMA, Sweet Justice brought audio direction, sound design/creation and implementation to the party. Set in a unique universe that takes place in a research facility under the sea, the title required unique bespoke content for both the underwater world and the base itself. In order to accomplish everything that the game’s design called for, we created state-of-the-art foley systems and NPC audio systems to bring the audio to life in ways that hadn’t been done before. The results were so good they scared us almost as much as the game did!
